New user registration——Clinic

Please register an account at https://www.oralscandata.com/#/register.
To access Runyes software services, you must register an account. After registering as either a “Clinic” or “Laboratory,” you can use all the features provided by the Runyes Scanner software.
The institution administrator can choose one of the two account types listed below to register members and access services with either full or limited functionality and privileges:

  • Clinic – Administrator
  • Laboratory – Administrator

Clinic Administrator Registration:
Please follow the steps below to register a clinic administrator. Regular users must be manually added by the administrator:

  1. Click on “or Create a Account” on the login page.

  2. Click on "Clinic"

    A registration form will pop up, as shown below.

  3. Enter the clinic’s name and proceed based on the desired account type:

  • If you are registering as an “Administrator,” click “Check Availability” to see if the entered name is available.
  • If you are registering as a “Member,” please contact the administrator, who will manually add you through the user management interface.
  1. Fill in the remaining information on the form and click “Register.”
  2. Go to the email address you registered with, find the verification email, and click the verification link. (If you don't see the verification email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.)

Administrator Adds Regular User

1.Log in with the administrator account.
2.In the left navigation bar, click on “User Management” to access the user management interface.

3.In the user management interface, click on "Add New User," fill in the relevant information, and save. The new user can then log in using their username and password.
