Storage Options
The scanner system's storage data is divided into scanning result files and intermediate temporary data files. In the storage settings, you can configure the export data save path. Keeping temporary files allows cases to be reopened for viewing and rescanning. The save path is located on the system disk and cannot be modified. Storing too many temporary files may reduce the space on the system disk and potentially affect normal scanning. Please set a reasonable temporary file retention period based on your needs.
Data Backup: Scanned cases can be bulk-backed up to a different path to save valuable cases. The backup function not only backs up scanning result files but also retains intermediate temporary files, which can be re-imported into the scanning software for opening or rescanning. Cases can be selected for backup based on the timeline or only backed up if they are marked as favorites.
Data Cleanup: Cases can be deleted in bulk, removing only the intermediate temporary files and not the exported data. Deleted cases cannot be opened in the scanning program.
